Hello @nicolacantalupo,

Welcome to the community.

This error pops up usually when the system can not find a .dll file. The best way to resolve this is to install again making sure the .dll installs. Be sure to disable any security software.

  1. Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the application & use the MSfixitTool to complete it
  2. Reboot the computer & log in as Administrator
  3. Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
  4. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
  5. Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account

Report back on the progress.

Hello Nicola,

Not sure from the thread if you tried that or not, but because the error messages writes about a missing DLL file I would suggest to do the following:

1. Try the following https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0-dll-missing-error-solved/

2. Another link for similar issue: Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows.
