ACAD 2021 stalls at startup

OK, the other day I shut down my ACAD and when I reopened it it just sits there during the loading at the start up screen.   I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program after trying a repair. Anyone got any ideas?

Update.....after about 2 hours the reinstall finally opened. I did a little set up on it. Closed it. And now waiting for it to open again.  Probably another couple hours....

WinOS or MacOS?
If you disconnect your computer from your network/internet, and remove any thumb drives/external drives and your phone from the computer, does the program start up much more quickly?

I am on a new dell,  32g ram, zeon processor, win10 nvidia quadro etc.   I unplugged it from everything and had the same issue.

Does anything change? Did you just install a new anti-virus, firewall, proxy, or any updates?

If you try to log in using a different Windows login, does it work?

Nothing new installed and no computer changes.  I tried it in safemode, it opened but wouldn't connect to the license even with networking.   BUT for some reason after doing the whole safemode thing it's opening regularly. Don't know how....don't know why.....but it is...
