Fatal errors on startup could mean the followin.  Look at each option and test before moving onto the next option..

1.  Your graphics card is not supported or the driver is out of date.  Don't rely on Windows telling you its up-to-date.  I doubt this is the issue since it was working

2.  Clean out your personal temp (%temp%) folder.  You will not be able to delete all the files and folders located here, but delete as many as possible and skip those files/folders that are unable to be removed.

3.  You have a Microsoft C++ issue on your machine: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-r...

4.  Netframe issues on your machine: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-r...

Hello @Anonymous,

Welcome.

The error you are receiving is a Microsoft error. My recommendation is to review Event Viewer, try to re-create the event/pull up the error again & locate the event error. Then search for it online this will help you determine the root cause. It seems like you are on Windows 10 a recent update on your Windows system maybe the cause.

Here are some common how-tos:
