ACAD 12,13,14 message that an Autodesk component stopped working.

I opened a drawing drawn in ACAD mechanical and on its launch ACAD ELec 2012 froze and any other attempts to open the program give an error stating that a component in autodesk has stopped working. Not even trying to open a drawing now, just trying to open ACAD. The ACAD splash screen stops at "Checking License" in the text box where it is flashing what it is doing while loading.

I have uninstalled it a couple times, moved to 2013 and even 2014 with the exact same results. I go in and uninstall add ins first, then go and delete the user profiles, the Autodesk folders in program folders and program data folder. I deleted the FLEXnet folder, cleared the TEMP folder, deleted the Autodesk folders in the registry, did a CCleaner on the registry, have my Norton 360 turned off. Reload the software and it gives the same error. This is the only software giving me any issues.

Running W7 32bit.

UPDATE: The video card driver required updating. Updated the driver and the program started working.
