Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried refreshing the page. Also, check for successful installation of the extension(s):

  1. Navigate to:  Start>Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features
  2. Look for "Autodesk 3ds Max Design 2015 Ext 1" or "Autodesk 3ds Max 2015 Ext 1"

Hey Matt,
First off, why are 2015 extensions necessary for 3ds 2016 updates? Our
office went from 2014 to 2016 Design Suite, skipping over 2015.
Second, no the 2015 extensions are not in the programs list. 2016 Ext. 1
is there. My Product Updates list on the Autodesk website does not have
the extension you are recommending available to me.
Third, does any of this really have anything to do with the failure
note; "No signature was present in the subject."? There is no Windows
Installer error code for me to track down.
