3DS Max Interactive Download

Morning

I have 3DS Max 19 installed on a PC with 3DS max interactive

I have bought a much more powerful PC, I have installed 3DS Max 19  but no 3DS max interactive, where can I find the download?

I have Product Design suite, so 3DS Max 19 doesnt show up in my subscription account to get the download that way.

Can anyone please help?

3DS Max Interactive is now inside 3DS Max as standard - so no separate download.

3DS max interactive is not 'inside 3DS max, I am not sure where this assumption comes from?

If you read the link you posted it states;

"Ready to take the leap? Starting today, you can download both 3ds Max 2018 Update 1 and 3ds Max Interactive as two separate downloads from your desktop account, provided you're a current 3ds Max, suite or collection subscriber."

3DS Max is one download and 3DS Max interactive is a different download.  I know this as I downloaded 3DS max and interactive is not 'inside'

Do you see 3DS Max in https://manage.autodesk.com/?

As of March 30, 2022, Autodesk discontinued 3ds Max Interactive and it will no longer be available for download from customers' Autodesk Accounts. Customers who previously downloaded or installed 3ds Max Interactive before March 30, 2022, will still have access to its functionality.Feb 21, 2024
