3DS Max 2017 Licensing error - Unable to initialize adlm

I have some issues from Autodesk 3ds max.These issues are really annoying to me keep always giving crashes and need to wait for long time to open files.

Error 1 :  Can not able to open multiple( more then 3) 3dsmax files, below error.

After display "error 1 " I can't open more file 3 DsMAx and have to initialize 3DsMax again to work .

Any help would be appreciate .

If that fails try this:

1. Make sure you have an updated graphics card driver on the manufacturer's website, make sure it is running going to Control Panel\(graphic card Control Panel)
2. Operating System has the latest updates
3. Update your product with the latest service pack or Hotfixes by checking Autodesk Account or website
4. In Windows Start, delete the contents of your Windows Temp folder, but do not delete the Windows Temp folder itself. You can locate the Temp folder by entering %TEMP% in the Search bar of Windows Start
5. Temporarily disable antivirus & firewall, use Task Manager to "End Task" feature to end the anti-virus software or other items that could be running in the background
6. Check the install logs and Control Panel for the appreciate Microsoft Visual C++ needed to run the software
