3DS Max 2015 Student Edition download frozen.

Hello.

I'm trying to download 3DS Max 2015 on a student license, but for some reason the installer/downloader is stuck and won't start downloading 3DS Max.

I have left the program for an hour and it hasn't changed. I've also tried downloading this using the AutoDesk Download Manager, but that keeps saying there's "an error in the network" when there is nothing wrong.

If you need a log file or something just tell me where to find it and I'll link it.

Have you tried disabling your firewall and antivirus software or disabling your UAC controls? Let us know!
