3ds max 2014 student version shows error

i installed 3ds max 2014 student version 

download and installation was totally proper

but when i click on the max icon 

it shows a error

here is the screen shot.

what should i do?

Right-click the shortcut, and choose Properties. Navigate to the Compatibility tab and change the compatibility mode to Windows 7 or Vista SP1 then try launching the application again.

Try each of the following and test whether or not MAX will open after each change:

 

  1. Run a repair on the application, then try starting MAX.
  2. Check the following registry key to see if the LoadAppInit_DLLs key is set to 1, if so change it to 0
    • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
  3. Log in as a different user to see if the application will run.
