3ds Max 2014 -2015 BlueScreen upon launch

Hello, Since last night i've been receiving an issue with both of my 3ds max versions (2014-2015) and whenever It is about to load, My PC blue screens.

Stop:0x0000001e (0xffffffff0000005,0x000007fede71bd5b,0x000000000000000,0xffffffffffffffff))

Only programs i've installed since then have been Malwarebytes, But I have since then deleted it.

Hello @dicemasta098x,

It sounds like there is something wrong with the computer as a whole. The blue screen can be an indication of a crash of the system not just Autodesk software. You may need to contact an IT professional for further assistance.

Thank you.

There's a larger issue here. However, since MAX primary system focus is Graphics, try updating your graphics card by download it from the vendor's site. If that doesn't work, try reseating your RAM on the motherboard (Power off the machine and unplug first).

Other things you can try:

  • Restore your system to an earlier date (prior to install Malwarebytes).
  • Download CCleaner and scan and correct any issues on the system and/or registry.
  • Clear out your temp folder, then open the command prompt and run sfc /scannow

Otherwise, like @natasha.l stated, you'll need to get IT involved.
