30day Free trial version requesting a licence

Hello!

I've downloaded the 30 Day free trial version and installed it. When I run the software and I sign in with my Autocad account credentials, I get this message:

''An active subscription could not be found for this email address

Let’s get you signed up on the latest version''
with the options
1. Get Free trial
2. Buy now

so I chose the ''Get free trial'' which directs me to a web site and ask me to choose my free trial version (see attachment). The only choices are Student Versions or Viewer.
So basically there is NO FREE TRIAL VERSION for a non-student like me??

Hi @andreas.ioannouGSK3Q

Thanks a lot for posting your question to the forums!

  1. Check if any trial appears on the Autodesk Account - Active trials.
  2. If no trials appear, try to get a trial through a different browser (example: Chrome; Microsoft Edge).
    • Clear browser cache and cookies, then close and reopen the Internet browser and select "Install".
  3. If the software is already installed, click "Install" and cancel the download process.
  4. Verify step 1 if any trial appears on the Autodesk Account - Active trials.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Well this just takes me back to the first step of my problem. So It's like entering a loop. Thank you for your answer though.

Did you get it downloaded?

Did you get signed up for the trial?

If so, then how far does it great now when you start?

Thank you, this worked
Chrome didn't work but Edge(1) did the trick.
