Hi everyone,
Thanks in advance for the help you're about to provide.
So here is my situation :
· I downloaded the trial version of AutoCAD for Mac. Everything went fine but it was the French version.
· I uninstalled it folowing the Clean Uninstalling Process available on knowledge.autodesk.com.
· After this process , I downloaded the English version the same way I did for the French one. It then displayed a "You have to licence that product in order to use it" message with an exclamation point at the place the "30 days" count was before.
· I tried to use the 000-0000000 for trial purpose as explained down here.
I would really appreciate your help since I need to try this version of AutoCAD in order to know if i buy it or stay with my old CAD.
I wish you all the best,
Ariel
Hello @arielclaudet
The installer is thinking you are trying to "beat" the system and reset your trial. I do not think it is possible to reinstall a trial version on that system. How is it that you "accidently" installed the French version? Unless you intended to install the French version.
If you are a student I would suggest requesting an education license.
