0xc000007b Error when starting 3dmax 2015 - windows 8.1

i installed 3dmax 2015 from the student version from Autodesk website, and after installing when i run the program i have a message tells that an error 0xc000007b error occured 

please help me - URGENT

Try uninstalling the 2010 Microsoft Visual C++ from your system - there could be as many as 4 to uninstall.  Then reinstall them:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)
