When I go in Revit in Analyze-Energy Analysis-Run Energy Simulation, appears
the following message: "You do not currently have access to this
service" "Your license period for the sharing service has ended"
Can you help me please?

Hello @Anonymous,

Was this a trial or do you no longer have access to the product? Try contacting the Contract Admin(Purchaser) for the account to see if you are still assigned to the product or if something has changed.

It's a trial. How can I contact the contract admin? My license is a student license.

Hello @Anonymous,

This is a subscription benefit & it is not located under the available products for students. It seems like Revit Extension is the only option available.

You can contact the Educational Support Team to see if this will be available in the future.

Thanks @natasha.l but I have called Autodesk Technical Support and they told me that the "normal" energy analysis simulation is over! Since a couple months ago there is only Insight, but as you know is completely different, the amount of information inside the Insight is poor
