Won't give me my education serial number

I am a student and have downloaded AutoCAD 2016 software.

But when I try to get my serial number I am greeted with this notification. 

I have tried multiple times over the last week and it always comes up. how can this be resolved?

Hello @Anonymous, 

Thank you for posting. Sorry to hear that, you can try the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software outlined in that post maybe you are missing a step along the way. Just to be sure I checked on this for you & the educational site is functioning as expected. Are you trying this at school on a restricted network/wifi, if so try another wifi connection somewhere else?
