Why is uninstalling the software now so painful?

We've just moved to 2023 from 2019, Why has the uninstall tool been removed and why is it now such a pain to uninstall all of the software from the PDMC now.......What an absolute nightmare scenario.

Think it was about 2020 or 21 it was removed, so yup, it's a pain to go one by one ...

few things I don't get:

Uninstall tool

Repair / Reinstall options from the Control Panel.
