why can't I download maya?

I paid the subscription for the autodesk software and how come it won't let me download it? It is in its process of downloading until it gets halfway and then it would pop saying that the download was incompleted and something happened while downloading, the laptop I am using is the latest version of Windows but still wont work, having paid for not getting your program is a waste of time and if it can be solved it would be great!

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried disabling your antivirus and installing from the virtual agent?
