Where do I go for downloading Entertainment Creation Suite Ultimate 2017?

Hello, I am a new customer. I just received two email confirmations of my purchase for the Entertainment Creation Ste Ult 2017 Non-Language Specific Commercial Product New Single-user Windows.

It has a link for instructions to go to my account and install available software. I see no links for the creation suite anywhere on my account page or do I see an installation for a free trial of the Entertainment Creation Ste Ult 2017 on the Suite info pag on Autodesk website. The only link I see for this is:

http://www.autodesk.com/suites/entertainment-creation-suite/free-trial

I am at a stand still since I uninstalled previous versions and NEED to get this back up and running as soon as possible. I dont want to install a 2016 suite package if it does not include the 2017 software I purchased.

Please help. 🙂

Welcome to the community and hopefully my (or someone else) reply will be beneficially to you.

As a reminder, this is a world wide (public) user forum where users are assisting others. In addition do not post, attach screen shots, or share any personal information (such as your serial #) here.

Are you student/instructor?  Meaning are you trying to get the educational version of the application?

If its a commerical license then you need to log a support case through your Autodesk Account.   We are only users here so we have no access to your information and since the 2017 version is so new there's no other links that we can provide.    In addition I don't know about the free trial link you provided if that's related to Ultimate suite or not.
