When launching an AutoCAD Product, the software freezes

When I launch an AutoCAD 2024 Product, the software freezes

• No error message  shown
• Autocad 2024 is uptodate
• graphics card driver is up to date
• I delete temporary files 
• other autodesk product ( revit 2024 , Naviswork2024 ) work without Problem

please help me!

Hello Thank you for following up Before I raised the issue, I read and tried the AutoCAD guide, but the problem was not resolved. 

It takes about 10 minutes for AutoCAD to come out of the frozen state. This happens to open any AutoCAD file. It is very annoying. Besides, it wastes my time

On the screen shot, I see a 'spinner' that looks suspiciously similar to the one that presents the Login window. So my guess is, it's 'calling home' (to check the license) and it takes a looooong time for someone to 'pick up the phone'....
