Vray Installation Problem

I am trying to install Vray 14 on Windows 18 64 bit worksation with 3dmax 2014 but fail to install i am getting this error attached.

any suggestions.

Hi Mehsan!

What you are trying to do is installing Vray 3.00.03 for 3ds MAX 2014 on Windows 10!

This is a problem in the Vray installer and therefore you would have to contact Chaos Group about it.

The latest version of Vray is 3.20.03.

Further more is Windows 10 not yet supported with 3ds MAX. If you do want to continue to use Autodesk products on Windows 10 you have to do this at your own risk, but you will not be able to get proper solutions for this operating system, yet.

I recommend to downgrade (re-install) your workstation with Windows 7 or 8.1 so will not run into more problems.

That most likely will also solve your issue with the Vray installer.
