Vault Professional 2024 Installation incomplete error message

I keep getting this error when trying to install Autodesk Vault Professional 2024.  It states  "The installation is incomplete.  Unable to install updates for Vault Professional 2024 (Client).

I have tried restarting, I have tried applying 2024.4.3 update separately and reviewed the event log and can not get past this issue.  This is a new installation on a Windows 11 Professional laptop with 341 GB of free space left.   I have confirmed that I have internet access and have tried to re-download the Vault Professional Client 2024 from autodesk.com but still can not get past this.. 

 

Any help getting past this would be appreciated!

You might want to check out the installer log files, located at C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\ODIS

There's a lot of stuff but I think install.log is a good starting point.

Thanks Simon.  I reviewed the logs and noticed a few things that made me think it might have issues accessing the file share the install is saved on.  I copied the entire install to the local machine and then installed it and it worked fine.
