Hi all,

I am have a rather annoying problem with Vault Pro 2018 and its preview/visualisation, where in every time I try to view of create a visuliation of a file it throws up the following error:

"The following filed needs to be registered for Design Review in Auotdesk Vault Professional 2018:

DWFPreviewHandler.dll

Please run Repair from the Autodesk Vault Professional 2018 installer."

We have several accounts and all other users are fine other than mine.

I have done the following, which all have failed:

1. Repair using Vault installer.

2. Repair using Design Review Installer

3. Uninstall/reinstall Vault

4. Uninstall/reinstall Design Reivew.

5. Uninstall/reinstall Design Reivew & Vault after deleting the local user folders.

6. Complete uninstall all Autodesk products, delete all local user/programme data/programme files folders, restart. install from new downloads.

I am at the end of my tether, please can someone help?

Regards,

Adam

Unfortunately this solution didn't work. I deleted the folder as stated, run repair on both to no success. I then deleted the folder uninstalled both Design Review and Vault Client, Rebooted, reinstalled vault client, run the design review hot fix, then run design review, then opened vault. Still the same error.

Also the link to "How to reset default value only on one Autodesk Vault client workstation" doesn't work so I was unable to verify this.
