Using Screenshots for Scientific Publication

Hi everyone, 

I’m using the educational access of Autodesk Inventor Professional. For a scientific publication I wanted to include screenshots of our own models created in Inventor.

Neither the models nor the screenshots have been obtained from any third party, they are purely our own creation.

Now, the publishing house has requested a written permission from Autodesk that the used screenshots may be used and published in a journal under CC BY license use. Is it possible to request a permission to publish the used screenshots? The Autodesk Education Support suggested to reach out via the Autodesk Forum.

Hi @richard.hartisch, I think the Copyright page is something you're looking for. Please submit the form at the bottom if your case isn't included in the pre-approved usage. Thank you.
