Users can't see assigned products

Anonymous
Not applicable

My company used our Autodesk Developer Network account to acquire several 5 seat network licenses for Max, Maya, and Revit. I used the software coordinator account to assign access to all products to each of our users. However, when the users log in to manage.autodesk.com they can't see any of the products I've assigned to them.

I opened a support ticket last week but there has been no response to it and now I can no longer see it in my list of support cases.

I'm not really sure what to do next. Please help.

Thanks,

Adam

By the way, in spite of my user name showing up as "autodesk", I don't work for Autodesk. The email address for our software coordinator's account is "[email protected]". Unfortunately, that email address gets shown as the user name in the forums here and I don't know how to change it to something less confusing. Sorry.

Welcome to the community and hopefully my (or someone else) reply will be beneficially to you.

As a reminder, this is a world wide (public) user forum where users are assisting others. In addition do not post, attach screen shots, or share any personal information (such as your serial #) here.

Since this is a user forum we have no access to your information/account.  If you logged a case with Autodesk already you need to follow up with them.  Didyou ever get an email indicating a case was created?  Do you have a reseller?

Hi Mark,

I did get an email last week with a support case number (11752224). However, I don't see that case in my list of cases. There's now a new case (11764916) was apparently created by my posting here today.

I don't have a reseller because my subscriptions were granted as part of my company's Autodesk Developer Network account.

Thanks,

Adam

Hi @Anonymous,

Make sure under the edit access part for each of the users, that you assign all for the product downloads.

To change your Autodesk community username, just navigate to your Autodesk Account > Profile > Security Settings > Change Username
