User Management Fails To Create New Users

I click Add, Type in my information (email, name), hit Save & Continue, Wheel Spins then Window Closes, No User is created. I have 0 users with access and unable to access my 3dsmax, its not installing past the serial number part. Customer support seems to be none existant? What hours do they normally have for chat support?

Sorry to hear about the issue. There is sometimes a small delay with contracts syncing up on a new purchase with us, which is occurring now. I have created case 11336421 for you. A representative will be contacting you shortly via email to get you up and going.
