Upgrade 2020 to 2021 Design suite ultimate

I upgraded my license from 2020 to 2021 Design suite ultimate.

I am wondering if I install 2021 will overwrite or uninstall the 2020 version from my laptop automatically or will keep both version.

You can have them both ... it won't overwrite the older versions. I have multiple year versions of various software on my devices without issue.

If you need the space and you're not going to use 2020  you can delete it... or you can keep both
