What's the procedure for uninstalling and reinstalling standalone ACAD on the same computer when the original install was a download?

It might depend on the reason why you are reinstalling it...

The general procedure for a clean uninstall is described >>>here<<<

Use the same downloaded files to reinstall the product.

If you don't have the download any more you can go to Autodesk Virtual Agent to redownload it >>>click<<<

To install AutoCAD follow then to install any other software too: login as admin, turn off antivirus, start the installer with right-click the installer-exe ==> start as administrator
