I notice that you have 32-bit selected.

I don't think this is related to your SN issue, but 32-bit computers are very very very old computers.

I would not expect a student to be using a 32-bit computer.

Note in the error message that is says Temporary issue.

Try again in a day or two.  You can install in 30-day trial mode and then Activate your student license any time in the next 30-days.

You might also log into http://manage.autodesk.com and check your Serial Numbers.

Hello @Anonymous,

If you have a Windows 10 operating system please be aware of the Windows 10 Creators Update & Defender that may be installed. Locate your updates by navigating to the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Updates.

Make sure you have conducted the steps below before downloading & installing.

  1. Log in as an Administrator
  2. Empty your TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter
  3. Temporarily disable your Antivirus software & Firewall
  4. Temporarily disable UAC:  Windows 7 , Windows 10

If you continue to have an issue please conduct a Clean Uninstall & try another download method.

Please "Accept As Solution" if a reply has helped resolved the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.

Clearing out the Temp folder worked for me.   Thank you.  It was nothing to do with my AV etc or UAC
