Unable to Install Autodesk Revit Extensions

I have downloaded Autodesk Revit 2017 Student Version and was attempting to get Structural Analysis but after being successfully downloaded it wouldn't show up in Revit. I then attempted to download Revit Extensions believing it was more compatible to the student version but it fails to download. Any suggestions? Goal is to run structural analysis on parts and assemblies in Revit.

Welcome to the community...

That usually means something is wrong at the Autodesk end and there's not much we can do besides reporting it.  But I will tag my Revit buddy @Darin.Green to see if he can provide a useful link for you.

@natasha.l not sure if you're able to assist but can you check into the link regarding the application @Anonymous is trying to download.

Sorry to hear about that. As you know students, teachers, and academic institutions worldwide are eligible for access to Autodesk software free of charge. We genuinely believe in education.

We know that education customers are not receiving certain enhancements for products currently. At this time Structural Analysis is not listed under Free education license products. We are working to resolve this issue and will follow up to this post when there is clarification as to what is available.
