Unable to find license after uninstalling older versions

We are currently using Revit and AutoCAD 2019. I have downloaded our 2020 versions but decided to first remove the 2018 versions. We kept it on to finish projects rather than upgrade right at the end of the projects. However after uninstalling 2018 I get a FLEXNET error that it cant get the license from the server and even when I type in the correct server it still can not find it. This happened last year as well and I was forced to uninstall all autodesk products and reinstall everything for it to start working again. I'm hoping that there is another way of getting FLEXNET to start working without doing all that again.

So you are using a network license - has the license file on the server been updated to include the 2020 entitlement? Has the license manager itself been updated to 11.16 (older versions are not compatible with 2020 licenses)?

Haven't done anything with the server or even installed 2020. Literally all I did was uninstall the 2018 versions and it stopped working.

Can you provide the debug log file as specified in the Config Service tab of your LMTOOLS.
