troubles activating Civil 3D

Hi,

I'm having problems activating my Civil 3D software.

I have an Education Multi-seat Stand-alone version for the laptops in the institute where I am ICT coordinator. I have a serial number and a product key but when I try to activate after logging in in the Autodesk Licensing window and clicking on my Account, I get the error : 'The system encountered a problem registering or activating your product. Please submit your registration information to us...'  Trying to click the link 'Customer Service request' gives me a script error.

Can you help me out? Thanks!

To the right of your posting is a link that states: New: Get an Activation Code or you can use the Autodesk Register Once web site.  Keep in mind you will need to do this for each machine because you didn't get a network license for your educational purpose.
