The License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed error. HELP!

I downloaded a free trial of AutoCAD 2020 LT and received the above message in the popup box everytime I tried to open a dwg file.

I've tried every possible solution I can find on the internet and still couldn't bypass the same message. What can I do?

Thanks, Mark. I saw those links earlier and unfortunately, they didn't work for me. The only way it worked was for me to purchase a month of AutoCAD LT 2020 to test it out. I wish I have done that earlier so I don't have to spend hours fixing the problem.......
