T-Splines toolbar

Hello, I am experiencing a problem with with T-Splines 4.0 with Rhino 5 (x64). The program was working fine until a couple of days ago, when I opened rhino all the tools had disappeared so I went to rhino options and restored the default tool bar which worked but I had no t-splines so I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both rhino and t-splines they both installed correctly except that t-splines doesn't appear in the show tool bar option I've
checked that all three the plug-ins have been installed and enable and they have, the only way to get the t-splines tool bar back is to open rhino then open my computer go into the directory C:\ProgramFiles\Autodesk\T-Splines for Rhino and drag the tool bar file into
rhino. this has to be done every time I want to use the program can you please help.
