System doesn't met min requirements - Vault Client 2022

When I try to install Vault Pro 2022 (client) on a workstation, I get the message that it fails to met the minimum requirements. I am doing a Web install.  I am not sure what part does not met the min requirements or how to get past this so that it will install. Looking at the requirements for Vault Client it shows this:

The system I am trying to install shows this in System >About.  Free Disk space is 30GB.

I looked right past the Win 10 OS.  My bad.

So now I tried to install Vault Pro 2024 on this machine.  I d/l and saved the install files local and ran the install.  It gives me this error.

This machine has Win 11 Business.  I have other machines with Win 11 Business and Vault Pro 2024 installed just fine on those. From what I can see, this machine meets all the requirements for Vault Pro 2024.

I tried the install again after restarting and now I get this error.  I went to the Services Panel but I can't stop this service.  All it will say is "Stopping".  Never gives an indication that it is stopped successfully.

I am the admin on this system.

So, I changed the FOSWindows service to be "Manually" started and rebooted the computer. Then I uninstalled every Autodesk product using this support document.  Then I was able to install the Vault Pro client 2024 without any issues.
