Support ticket issue

I’m unable to submit a support ticket due to a system restriction. This is blocking me from resolving a subscription renewal issue. Can an Autodesk staff member contact me or create a ticket on my behalf.

I tried that but I can not create a case. The assistant only gives me a phone number for Autodesk in the UK and they don't answer the phone (I tried waiting for more than an hour on the phone) and I have tried 3 different times.

Are you the Support Manager for a company or this was a personal purchase? 

If you're using your works software, you'll need to verify who's in charge and can create cases.. 

You can also go to that software on the forums and maybe ask the question and see if you can get help. 

If it's licensing or installation, ask here ..

Hi Mike, we are an educational institution located in Iceland.

I am part of the IT department for that university so I am one of the support managers for our institution. We have gotten this software for free since we are teaching students and have been part of the educational program.

Right now we have a license server and our licenses are expiring so we need to renew that.

There is no local support in Iceland and we have gotten assistance from the Autodesk team before so I was hoping to be able to speak to someone that can help us renew our license.

I have tried that but I am always redirected to a phone number when I use the assistant and have not gotten through there.

I just want to send a ticket or get contacted via email and as I have stated I can not send a ticket that is why I am asking for someone to escalate the issue for me here in hopes of getting in direct contact with a member of the Autodesk team that can help me with the following issue.

So we can't personally .. the only one's who can are Community Managers etc ...

Hi Chris, 

The software we are using is AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit and Maya.

Our license is expiring now on the 20th of August. I was trying to download the newest (2027) version of this software but since our license is expiring we don't have a network license for that version. 

Last time we got the subscription for 3 years and we get a network license that we add to our license server.

We are currently using the 2026 version but we try to update it as soon as you release a newer version so our students are always using the most up to date version.

That's why - the Network license. 

@utsetup  You know they won't be doing Network anymore. It's all named user licensing now.  I think the final was 2026. Chris can confirm that for me.
