Hi im having trouble trying to respond to a support case that I have open,

 

After I add my comments and then attach a file to upload I get this pop up every time??

Google Translator For me it is the same process. You can only close a support case.

 Google Translator Bei mir ist es der gleiche Vorgang. Man kann nur noch einen Support Fall schließen.

I had the same issue, I found it best to communicate through email as any support communication notifies you In an email that says so and so has added a comment, open the case with only text when support asks for files etc, upload them and send them through email. this has been the easiest way I have found.

 

I have not found a way to successfully attach files through there support case system 😞

Sorry to hear about this issue.

 

As mentioned by @Anonymous, sending the file in reply to the automated "case creation" notification is a good option.
