Student license not working

Hi, i recently got the student license for autodesk products, but havent been able to make use of it. I uploaded all the documentation a few days ago, and it was accepted. I recieved the confirmation email and i have been able to log in and download all the software that i need. However, i cant seem to be able to activate it. All my colleagues got it activated with zero hassle, just logging in and the software starts asking for a license. When I ran the program tho, it asks for a license and offers me a free trial. This happens with all the software that i have downloaded from the student website, and none of it works. I need the software for class and want to get it legally. Any help would be appreciated

& have them check your account

Hi @faguera01,

If you go to https://manage.autodesk.com/ and go-to products and services do you see any products?

 

If not then request from https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview 

Failing that then reach out to educational support https://www.autodesk.com/education/support 

 

If you do see Inventor in your account, expand the box and make sure the version you have installed matches the products listed. Then sign into the software.

Failing that reach out to educational support (Link above)

I see some products, but not all of them. I also see some products that yesterday werent there, like inventor. Inventor cam is still missing, and maya is also missing. I think i can run inventor now, so its something. Thank you.

Edit: well i tried the license and it wont activate, so no, even tho i have a license key in my account, inventor is running on the trial version

Hi I'm having the same problem and I used the customer service link but all day I have not been able to contact anyone about my problem because it just says "agent not available." I have just been trying to talk to a real person but the virtual assistant as well as the link you sent have both been dead ends. If you have a phone number I could call with aperson on the other side who can solve my issue that would be great!
