Student License Expired cannot get new

My school is still using Inventor 2017 because upgrading all the computers is a hassle. Unfortunately the Inventor License I got for 2017 expired recently and requesting a new one for the same version does not work.

How to Extend Student Software

Educational software includes the current version and 3 versions back.

Educational Software is offered for a term of 3 years.

You can not re-activate a previously used version when the version expires you must download another version listed in the Education Community if you are still an eligible student.
