Storm and Sanitary Analysis didnt download/install properly

After installing 2017 Civil 3D, an error window popped up saying something to the effect that Storm and Sanitary Analysis didn't install or didn't down load properly. I found the below mentioned thread for a solution but so far I'm stuck trying to download the file and extract it. Its downloading as a compressed file. When I try to extract or open, it says the file is invalid. The only option I'm given is to save as a zipped file.

Thread:

Any help Is much appreciated.

When you are downloading the SSA.msi from the link on the article, some browsers amend a .zip extension to the file but the file isnt actually a .zip to extract. Try the download/save  and after it is downloaded rename the file by removing the .zip in front of the .msi extension.

Then as mentioned in the AKN, make sure to move the new .msi to the original location to replace your corrupt .msi before running it.
