Still unable to use education license after verification

Hello,

 

I am trying to install Fusion360 using the educational license. I had previously verified that I'm a university student and was approved.

 

However, every time I install Fusion360, it is on trial mode.

 

I am using Windows 10.

 

I have tried deleting any residue folders, removing my anti-virus, emptying %TEMP% folder and deleting registry keys.

 

However, my Fusion360 access is still on trial mode after re-installing.

 

I would appreciate if someone can help me with this.

Hi @Anonymous,

Have you requested Fusion 360 from here: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

If so then check http://manage.autodesk.com/ and make sure Fusion 360 is visible in the Products and Services tab.

Hello @leowarren34 ,

 

To clarify, I have attempted to install Fusion360 via manage.autodesk.com many times. 

 

Attached is the screenshot of my products and services page.

 

I would click the Fusion360 under 'recently purchased products', which would install a download client each time.

 

However, even with the steps I initially mentioned, my Fusion360 is still on trial mode.
