Stand alone Vault Pro 2019 asks for FlexLM license

Have install Autodesk Vault Pro 2019 on a stand alone machine (Client and Server)….Just for development purposes.

The software is a "Standalone" and Serial Numbered. Configured the Server -OK. The first time the client is started I get a request for a Network Licence location.....See images.  Have just done the same process on another machine with Vault Pro 2020..That is working fine....What am I missing?

Are you installing from a deployment? It might have been configured as a multi-user license.

Reset the licensing by following this article:

Go to:

If you don't see the Get Started screen, delete the LGS.data file from one of the following folders:

  • Windows:
    C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\ProductKey_ProductVersion.0.0.F\LGS.data
  • For example, in AutoCAD 2019, the file may be here: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\001K1_2019.0.0.F\LGS.data
  • C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\569K1_2019.0.0.F\LGS.data

or go to the

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\569K1_2019.0.0.F

and click on LGS.data and change it to _standalone
