Software will not open after reboot and restart

Every time I reboot or restart my computer and open AutoCad, it shuts down during startup until I reset "FlexNet Licensing Service 64" in the services section of the task manager from "disabled" to "automatic".  Is there no way to "set" this program to automatic and keep it on that setting through rebooting and restarting?

To me it sounds like you don't have the proper permission to start the service.  But if you go into services and locate flexlm can you change the start to Automatic?

Well, I am a sole proprietor & sole user of the computer I recently built.
I loaded all software as the "Administrator".

Yes, every time I restart or reboot my computer, I manually have to go into
Task Manager's "Services", find "*FlexNet Licensing Service 64*" and
manually change the Startup box in the General Tab from "disabled" to
"automatic". I'm then fine opening and closing AutoCad LT-2019 until I
restart or reboot the computer, then same problem returns. Not a big deal,
but a pain in the butt.

Something is changing the value of the registry key responsible for the startup type of the service.

The specific registry key is "Start" located in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\FlexNet Licensing Service 64 and the value you want it to be at is 2 (Automatic/Automatic (Delayed Start)).

I'm not an IT specialist so I'm not sure if this can be caused by your antivirus?

You could use Process Monitor or a similar program to show real-time changes to the registry that would point you to the culprit.

Alternatively, you could try reinstalling the licensing service:
