Sketchbook not downloading brushes and not connecting to the internet

Hello!

I've tried to download some extra brushes, but I always get this message about probles with internet connection:

My internet connection definitely is OK. I can't check for program updates as well:

Version from Windows Store has same issues.

I'm not the only one facing this problem. What can we do? Are there some technical works on servers?

Your firewall settings may be stopping access.

Sure, I can. The first pop-up says there are problems with internet connection and I should check for it and retry, and the second one says that it couldn't check for program updates and is currently unable to connect to update server, try it later.

Thank you for the link, but I've tried to go there and made some topics, but didn't get answer as well. I've also tried to contact Autodesk Support, but no working solution was suggested too

I am sure of my firewall as well as of my internet connection... but it is something new anyway, I'll try to check it
