Sketchbook for enterprise wont open

I downloaded Autodesk sketchbook on a student license and it downloaded completely, but when I click the desktop icon to open nothing happens - my mouse displays a loading symbol for a few seconds and then stops. I have checked the task manager and it is not running in the background.

I have a windows computer.
