Single-user, standalone license type when deployed via SCCM asks for sign in

We have several commercial licenses of AutoCAD LT 2020, which are described as stand-alone, single user subscription. I've used the deployment tool from the setup program to create a deployment package so we can automate installation via SCCM. The only problem is , when we launch the software, it asks for sign on with Autodesk ID. We have never had to do this before. Is packaging using the deployment tool the correct method for automating this type of license for this product? It's odd because when I use an administrative type Autodesk ID to logon, the software then unlocks, but the login state is as though the user isn't actually logged on (still "sign on" at top right menu, once product is usable). This to me indicates an issue with the installation and license using serial key and product ID at deployment creation.
Can anyone help? I'd really like to be able to use the deployment tool to create SCCM deployment package (even though our license types don't use a license server). I'm installing all components separately (As is policy in our establishment) using the template scripts as starting points. The installation seems to work; the launching is spurious! Just a thought - can I use a licpath.lic file and "fool" the program into thinking it's only standalone?
