Simulation Mechanical 2016 already installed

I'm currently trying to install Simulation Mechanical 2016 for the second time on my computer. I previously uninstalled all Autodesk components (including Simulation Mechanical 2016) and removed every file on my computer containing Autodesk software afterwards. I even tried to delete all registry entries of Autodesk products on my computer.

As I am running the Installation-Setup for Simulation Mechanical 2016, I always recieve the notification that it is already installed. Did anyone encountered a similar problem during reinstallation of Simulation Mechanical 2016?

I didn't encounter such problems with reinstalling Inventor 2016...

Use the following links to clean up any left over Autodesk product related to Sim Mech

If you have Win 7 or 8 run Microsoft Fixit

If you have Win 10 run IOBIT Unisntaller

I used the IOBIT Uninstaller but still get the same notification. Is there any list with all Sim Mech registry entries that I have to delete? So I might check whether IOBIT Uninstaller removed all important entries.

I figured out that running IOBIT Uninstaller won't delete all necessary entries on Windows 10. Therefore I used NirSoft RegScanner to manually search for the remaining entries. Keywords one could use are: "_Simulation_Mechanical_" or the previous installation file.
