There's no way of activating the software through any means (SCCM, GPO, Deployments) except manually launching the application I've tried...
However, If you do find a way, please share with the community.
If you just purchased the software, then that would mean you have a Sing-User Term license. Those license require users to select Serial Number during the first launch, then type in their numbers. Once that's complete, they're asked to sign into the software with their Autodesk login information. <-- This will most likely require users to launch the application themselves.
