this might be a problem with the visuall c++ parts of the install

you might need to run these installs manually from the install files

its under the 3rd party/x64/VCRedist folder on the installation media

Could you provide a little more detail please regarding the issue.

By configuration do you mean the actual configuration of 2 versions of Revit in terms of content, ini file etc or do you mean 2 installs of 2 different versions and issues when installing?

Do you have any log files you could upload in order to troubleshoot.

i cant seems to run the software still after i downloaded the visuall c++ files. help me ! i need help
