I have just reinstalled Revit, but cannot now open the program: it asked me for a serial number but our licence is by Autodesk ID. I enter my ID and it just returns me to a serial number request.
I cannot work. Any help appreciated. Autodesk's website advises a 2 day email help turn-around. I have a deadline tomorrow.
