Hello michael_kernohan and welcome to the Autodesk community!

We noticed you are attempting to use your product without being connected to the internet. An internet connection is required to sign in and activate, every 30-days you should be connected to the internet at some point (to verify your license & use the software).

Thank you!

There appears to be a few people reporting this same issue this morning.   However we are only users and have no access to troubleshoot this if this is the case.  Work-around solution..  Disconnect from your network/internet and launch your application.  It should put you in a 30 day off-line mode.  Good luck and report back on your progress.

Sorry I missed the "turned off wifi" statement..  Smiley Sad

So if you launch an Internet browser on this machine you can't get onto the internet?  Are you using this machine to post to the forum?  Have you rebooted and try again?  If there's no true internet access it shouldn't be prompting you at all.  It should just go into the 30 day off-line mode.  To me it still sounds like it sees the internet in the background.   But only speculating at this time.

Hello @3pv,

Sorry for the inconvenience, Autodesk is aware of an issue where Revit 2018 crashes in offline mode, in your case you would like to go offline but please review this information, Revit crashes when not connected to the internet, or to limited internet

Thank for being a part of the community, let me know if you have any questions.

Hello @3pv,

I wanted to follow up with you about the cautionary post I provided, the crashes have happened to some users but others have worked successfully offline without a problem. If you choose to work offline you should disconnect from the internet & sign-out of A360 as well in order to do so. You can also try to borrow a license from the network within Revit.

Let us know if you have any issue & are successful disconnecting to work offline. Thanks. Smiley Happy
